The ARCR will make adjustments to be able assist you in the residency procedure following whatever changes are made. Our intention is to be able to help you process a complete application as required to help save you time and hold-ups, as well as help you start the process before your arrival in Costa Rica. We will also be able to offer the service of obtaining Birth Certificates from most US states and Canada, and possibly Police Conduct records from some areas.
